In the heart of the Aosta Valley, in Chatillon, a new shooting facility is under construction. This modern facility, which has been approved by the municipal council, will be state-of-the-art and will host various local athletes and those from other regions. However, its realisation is not without its challenges. One of the main concerns is lead in the ground. For more than 10 years, Chatillon has suffered from a lack of shooting facilities precisely because of this problem. To meet this challenge, the new shooting facility will adopt Normatech Geomembrane as a solution, the only system that allows the effective containment of lead shot.
